Mm, concerned about current security level. Too easy to breach, staff likely not prepared for combat or even hostage situation. Perhaps unnecessary, but best to be prepared for anything.

Recommend basic hand to hand combat and firearm training for all staff members, regardless of position. Armed security guards at every door, basic weapon scanners, metal detectors.
Armed sentry robots... perhaps extreme, though find them quite effective in deterring potential threats.

We're a little short on full-time staff right now. We get monthly hires from the job postings, but the only other full-time employee recently left the ship.
Do you know someone who might be able to help out?

Yes, of course. Would like to volunteer. Personally, have first hand experience with similar situation. Operated clinic myself, actually. Current space station far more calm than previous residence, less gang activity or mercenary territory wars on Thor.
Have extensive medical training for many species, as well as military combat and weapon training.

Yes, that does sound familiar. I've been bringing my weapon with me to the clinic ever since this business with the Purists started to become an issue.

Hello, I'm Dr. John Watson, and I help run the Refugee's Haven Medical Clinic. The clinic is my primary reason for coming to this meeting.

Will look into it, may turn something up. Anyway, does clinic have adequate full time medical staff?

And let's hope it stays that calm.

Yes, hopefully. If not, will be prepared.

I didn't get your name...?

I've been trying to follow the same security procedures we used in the field hospitals, but it's a bit trickier with civilians.

Yes, quite. Did much of the same on Omega. Often acted as lead surgeon and security. Troublesome when understaffed.
