As soon as they stepped in the door of the arcade, Yuri stopped dead, staring around in amazement. The truth was that, while this had been his idea, he'd never actually been here either - he'd only heard about it. He'd been meaning to come, of course; it sounded like fun, so it was a shame to miss it entirely. But somehow, it had never come up, so he'd seized what seemed like a perfect opportunity to accomplish several things at once. This way, he could see the arcade, drag Rita out of her room once again, and actually spend time with the others again. Strange that, despite the time they'd been here, they hadn't done that before. Maybe they needed to change that.
Looking around, though, he had to wonder if this had been the best way to do that. He'd thought he knew what to expect, but he'd been wrong - he hadn't expected it to be this big, for one, nor to have so many flashing lights. And that wasn't even mentioning the level of noise.
On the other hand, they were here now, and he'd never been one to back off just because something wasn't what he'd expected. Yuri took another couple of steps and looked around at the machines, trying to get past his initial impressions and guess what each one was for.
"What do you want to try first?"
