Irene had always worked tirelessly on every performance she'd been in. Long hours working on complex choreography and challenging music was a thrill. But this time, for once, she was beginning to feel rather... worn. And this was just over a week into rehearsals.
Having been left with the responsibility of getting the new hires up to snuff, she couldn't help but be equal parts put-out and amused. She has her own role to be polishing, however it was quite something to see how each of the men dealt with their job for this month.
As she sung out the woman's part in the song, she looked them over with a critical eye. Yes, quite something indeed. It will be even more splendid when all of them get the dance right...
