There were days for hanging around the room, playing video games and generally being lazy. And then there were days like this one - days for getting out and expending the energy Yuri usually had far too much of, especially when he'd been cooped up too long or just bored. Which was pretty much always, at least lately.
And ok, the ship wasn't outside, but today, it was the best he could do. Besides, it had its advantages - on the ship, there were more corners and stairs, more people to dodge, just more obstacles. It at least made it interesting.
He got a good start in a mostly empty hallway, so he was going pretty fast by the time he reached the more crowded areas of the ship. "Coming through," was the only warning he gave, though he often offered a cheery wave once he was gone, his progress marked by upended displays and scattered, slightly shaken people. Yuri didn't worry about it too much. No one was seriously hurt. And everyone could use a little excitement in their day, couldn't they?
