What: It's the Tanabata Festival

Where: The Park
Warnings: Depends on who tags
Night has fallen on July 7th, but the park is lit up; at least, part of it is. Booths line the far walkway a distance from a thick tangle of bamboo. The fountain's water seems to be sparkling, but it's just reflecting the stars bright in the holographic sky. Looks like it's time for Tanabata again.
