Who: .... GUESS.
What: Hope and Xion are doing some work for their job gathering skyfish. Jetpacks are being used.
When: Sometime this evening, just as one of the suns is setting.
Where: Somewhere on the planet... IN THE SKY.
Warnings: Cuteness in the clouds.

[this is a very welcome change from their... last job experience. this actually isn't her first time flying, but she's amazed nonetheless. it gives her a sense of freedom, after all, being able to spread her arms and just let the wind blow over her.

I still can't believe it, a familiar voice echoes through her head, as memories flow through her mind. where they were once unwelcome, they're now... somewhat soothing, in a way. I really flew. Wait 'til I tell Kairi. I wonder if she’ll believe me. Probably not.

she becomes similarly distracted, but unlike Hope, she's quickly able to return focus to their job... and then notices he's no longer by her side. suddenly worried, she looks around a bit frantically for a couple of moments when she picks up his laughter. she looks up and sees Hope... and can't help but laugh, too. she tries to stay quiet, but she's not able to. she's never seen him so carefree, so happy before-well, okay, she had, but this is... different. she decides to let him fly around undisturbed for a bit, her voice ( ... )

[Hope continued to fly about, completely lost in the sensation of absolute freedom that flying like this brought. Eventually the beautiful sound of his girlfriend's laughter penetrated his fantasy and brought him back to reality, causing him to stop. Realizing just how dumb he must have looked, he floated down to her level, laughing sheepishly.]

Sorry. Guess I got a little carried away.

[Even though he was apologizing, the look of joy that still lingered on his face made it seem very insincere.]

[her giggles fail to subside even as he rejoins her, though they do quiet down a bit. it's like the happiness her boyfriend is feeling right now is contagious; the giant grin he's got reflects on her face, too. like him, her concentration on the job has now been lost; all she can think about is how adorable he's being.]

It makes you feel free, doesn't it? Like you don't have to worry about anything. You can just... let go of stuff like that.
