Vic had downloaded a few of the plans onto his Guide. He knew he could memorize them, easily, but downloading them directly onto his brain? Now that was something totally different. He really wasn't up to testing that without someone who could fix him from an epic short-circuit attack.
So he sat at a table, studying his Guide and pressing buttons here and there. While he was at it, he kept messing with some of the layout and tweaking it. He'd sort of figured out parts of it and the OS running it.
