Appetizers will be circulated by very flamboyant waiters whose faces have been painted gold for the sake of flamboyancy.
Menu
Fruit cups
Potato wedges (done in frites cone style with sides of sweet and sour sauce, sour cream, and four-cheese dip)
Miniature rice balls stuffed with various types of fish and spicy ginger-wasabi mustard
Miniature crispy waffles (types: plain, bacon with a thin gravy, cheese-filled, vanilla chip with caramel drizzle, chocolate chip with a marshmallow topping, strawberry with whipped cream)

The main course is done buffet-style all along the outer walls of the tent
Menu
Exotic salad
Mediterranean style noodles
Spicy, yellow rice
Build your own! Nachos (Choose from bowls/plates filled with: meat, chicken, cheese, bacon, onion, tomato, red peppers, green pepper, sour cream, salsa, and guacamole ( ... )
