There seemed to be a commotion of sorts in the sporting goods section of the district, easily visible from where No1 was. Or at least the line was. A few posters scattered about the area would indicate what it was for, thankfully. Seems like it was an autograph signing session for one "Galactic Heavyweight Champion Meiling 'Dragon' Hong".

The woman looked around. Really people, can’t we shop peacefully around without having- ohhh.
That’s Meiling on a poster!

The red eyes looked at the fans, finally understanding why there were so many people out that day and with a smile - while clearly ignoring the line and everyone who was trying to get an autograph - Noi approached the autographs signing table. Even before she reached it, she was already waving at the other “Meiling!”

Meiling catches a sight of the mountainous woman, reaching to wave before the view is blocked by an equally mountainous and vaguely rhino looking GWF Security official. Who gives a snort to No1, not at all intimidated by her size.

"Back of the line, woman."

At first, Noi ignored the alien. More like, she didn't even listen to him. However, as her path was blocked and Kikurage whimpered with fear due to the sudden scary situation, Noi's eyes finally turned to the guard "I'm a friend of hers, it's fine." it was fine in No1's mind, obviously! "I won't bother, I just want to say hello!" of course she laughed happilly and right away tried to head towards Meiling.

"I don't think so. You could be her long lost twin, and I still wouldn't give a damn at the end of the day. Back. Of. The. Line."

The rhino man blocks No1 with his gargantuan, trunk like arm.

Cheerful smile twisted into a slightly creepy smirk and Noi places her hand on the guy's arm and approaches her face of his "I really don't want to do this." as she speaks, her hand squeezes the arm harder and harder "It's Meiling's special day. You sure understand why making a scene would be bad taste."

"But. Block my way again and you'll be missing an arm." the other hand moves and grips at the guy's arm again and now both twist in opposite ways, with the intention of breaking the bone in two, but she stops exactly before that happens "I just really want to say hello to her since I haven't seen her in a while."

"Let her by, Mizark," came Meiling's voice from behind the man, whose eyes had just started turning a dangerous shade of red at No1's challenge to him. But hey, that was the boss. He decided discretion was the better part of not starting a bloody brawl in the middle of a shopping center and stepped aside for No1. But he still glared at her good and hard.

And as if nothing had happened, as if the guy wasn't even there glaring at her, Noi cheerfully approached her friend "Meiling! You are famous, look at the line!"

"Y-yeah, ha ha! I guess I'm a pretty big deal now that I've got the belt," Meiling chuckled. The line still progressed as they spoke, and a little girl who was wearing both a t-shirt with Meiling on it as well as a replica of her hat held up a replica championship belt for Meiling to sign. A small conversation passed between then and she sent the girl on her way, smiling broadly.

"Can you believe it? Little girls, especially refugees, all over this ship look up to me as a role model."

Noi nods, smiling "That's a good thing right?" she really didn't understand much of it, popularity or role models, but she knew Meiling was happy, so she supported her friend. "It's good that you are having fun too."

"I've spent my entire life fighting. This is the first time I can really say my fighting is helping people beyond just protecting them. These kids see me on the tele and they think to themselves 'I want to be strong to protect my loved ones too'. They stand up to bullies, they take care of their friends and family, they... they pretty much become better people just because they saw me fight. I can't... really describe how good that makes me feel..."

"It's good, yes." Noi... well, she didn't truly care, but she thought that people trying to get strong was a good thing; not for any noble ideal, but because people have to be strong else they are just pathetic. Of course saying this out loud most of the time brought other to look at Noi as she was a freak, so she avoided saying it to those who mattered. Like Meiling. "So that's what a role model is."

"Yep," Meiling let out another sigh, and signed a few more autographs.

"I'm gonna be done here in a bit. Do you want to grab something to eat?"

Noi beamed at the invitation. She did want to invite Meiling before, but she was busy, so Noi didn't bother, but like this "Of course! I will wait for you!"

"Gimme five minutes, okay?" the youkai beams. "The autographs should be all done about then."

"Okay then!" The woman decided to leave the crowd, waiting for Meiling nearby.
