Sakura hasn't come home yet, but she's been spending a lot of time at the clinic, or doing things for the clinic lately. Kakashi is sure she'll come home eventually-- to shower, to eat, or even to sleep-- so he isn't worried yet. He makes dinner some nights, more often than not now, and he puts plastic wrap over a plate and sticks it in the fridge with a little sticky note on it.
He's up to his elbows in suds when the last of his clones releases from the end of the work day. It's pitch black outside when he finally finishes sticking everything on the drying rack. He hangs his handtowel up and then, finally, slumps down onto the couch and starts flipping through the channels.
