It's a sunny day in the winter wonderland of the park. After all its January, someone must of thought it would be a good idea to keep the snow around.
It doesn't seem to bother the hobo known as Shizuo Heiwajima though, in fact, he seems rather fascinated by it since he never got to see such a thing back home. Maybe it was mother nature's way of saying happy birthday (And by Mother nature I mean the Sun God Amaterasu and the snow Ox Itegami, but we wont tell him that.)
"It sure is white..." He mumbled not entirely sure what the hell it was, all he knew was there was a lot of it and it was rather pretty.
