At the door was, of course, Jasmine. She's not dressed the best for the occasion, pretty much wearing boots instead of sandals, but she was wearing the brightest of smiles. "G-good morning! Um... thank you again. For inviting me and everything." Her hands fold in front of her as she looks up at him. "... I-it wasn't any trouble, right?"

"You're welcome! It was no trouble at all! Please, come in..." He gestures her towards the kitchen, where batter awaited to be cooked and the table was set with the nicest plates he could find. Kumajirou gave Jasmine a silent but happy wave from his chair at the table.

Canada made a beeline for the stove. "Please, have a seat and I'll cook these up, it'll be just be a minute-- oh." With a glance behind him he remembered that Kumajirou was there too.

"Jasmine, this is Kumatenou, my bear. Y-you'd met briefly on the Guide the other day..."

Jasmine nodded slightly and made her way over to the table. Carefully she sat down in one of the chairs, noticing the nice plates for maybe a second or two (the thought crossed her mind that it's too nice) before her attention was on the adorable bear sitting next to her. She reached a hand over to gently pet Kumajirou, giggling softly to herself.

"I-I remember... It's very nice to meet you in person, Kuma."

"Nice to meet you," Kumajirou said politely, enjoying the gentleness of her hand. (So much so he didn't really mind her calling him just 'Kuma'.)
"Please, help yourself to some juice if you like," he offered with a wave of his paw, indicating a carafe of orange juice on the table.

From the stove Canada watched over the first pancake carefully. It would be simply tragic if her first one was anything less than perfect.
"Please help yourself to some orange juice if you like," he said giving her a quick smile over his shoulder, oblivious that the bear had just offered the same.

It was strange, hearing pretty much the same message twice from two different people (or, well, voice sources); it definitely made her curious but she said nothing about it. She smiled and carefully poured herself a glass of orange juice, a portion of it gone by the time she finished her first "sip".
