He'd gotten rights to a large sheet of paper that he hoped was big enough for everyone who was coming late since he didn't have a formal list and he tried to make it as welcoming as possible, but he also supposed if worse came to worst, he'd get out a ruler and make a second story on top of something. The first thing on the trip itinerary was to draw and decorate cabins in which to stay (or for the younger kids, he'd draw cabins and have them decorate it.)
He read over his list again. When everyone was finished and had lunch, there would be a drawing lesson for anyone who wanted to come. Then later in the afternoon, they were going to go to Pictochat, and get dinner, and be free for the evening. Sounded good.
