As tense as things were in the room these days, eating meals together could seem like taking one's life in one's hands, but that hadn't stopped Yuri from both cooking for everyone and acting as though of course everyone would eat together, just like things were normal and they were all still friends. Sometimes it worked and sometimes it didn't, but he kept trying. If they pretending things were fine long enough, maybe they would be.
He didn't really get up early enough to make breakfast for Flynn. No one did, really, and Yuri was stubborn, not masochistic. So it was around 10:30 when started cooking; if it counted more as lunch than breakfast for at least one of them, that was okay. At least he had time to actually cook today and they were all off work. Maybe it could even be fun.
Yuri made pancakes because Wolfram liked them and coffee because he'd come to believe it was nearly essential. Bacon because they needed something else and he just kind of liked it. Nothing too fancy, but then he wasn't a gourmet chef or anything, just someone who liked cooking.
When it was done, he carried the food out to the center of the table and then, rather than going looking for the other two, he just asked loudly, "Hey, are you guys are going to come eat or what?"
