Odin wasn't put off by Heero's brusque manner. He knew the boy was uncomfortable with him being here, and he couldn't really blame him. Regardless of his feelings, the last time Heero had seen him, he was bleeding out, wheezing the last words of a dying old man. There had to be some awkwardness when the dead came back.

The irony of that thought brought another smile to Odin's lips. "Heh. Heero Yuy..."

Heero had asked Odin to wait in his room, and wait he did. He didn't touch much in the room, but he felt a curiosity, to understand how the boy lived. Spartan decoration, though there was a very detailed star chart of the Earth Sphere on one wall. A couple of books on the desk, specifically both Sun Tzu and Machiavelli's Art of War. Dog-eared, at that. The trunk under the bed suggested plenty of ordnance, as did the drawers of the desk. After all, Odin did teach the boy survival in a time of conflict.

He was dusting off his knees as the door opened. With no shame for what he was examining, he returned the nod to Heero, and smiled warmly as he was introduced to Relena.

"'Raised' is a pretty strong word for it. I only taught him how to stay alive, kept him fed and safe for a few years. Seems like he did all right without me." He extended his hand to her, nodding. "It's a pleasure, Miss Peacecraft. Heero has mentioned you with some respect. That tells me a lot."
