[Hellooooo~♪ It's Hughes here with your coffee, you gaiz! He's walking over from a handcuffed alien who is slumped half-dead in a chair, and it appears Hughes is putting a picture back into his breast pocket.

I think the alien is saying something long the lines of 'please... no more pictures... I won't shoplift ever again, just no more pictures...!'. Did he just sob? I think he did.
