It seemed like neither noticed that Tifa is even there, it's not until the setting shifted again and the young girl is preparing dinner that Tifa became thoroughly alarmed. "What's going on? Hey can you hear me?" Tifa shouted, though the girl continued on with what she was doing. She sighed heavily, unsure of what she should do and what was going on. Looking down at the book she was still holding, she read over the page, before gasping sharply.
"...I'm in the story?" Tifa asked aloud to no one in particular. Quickly she turned her attention back to the girl, who seemed to be the main focus of the story. She couldn't have been much older than Marlene and she seemed so sad. Tifa couldn't help but to feel sympathetic toward her. When the scene shifted again and things had become chaos, Tifa could only watch in helpless horror as the young girl watched someone she knew get killed and eaten, followed by witnessing the brutal death of her parents.
"...That poor girl..." She murmured, wishing she could help her...or at least hug her and try to comfort her.

[Watch this until 3:43 - that's what you see.]
[I was going to add more, but I didn't want to make it difficult for you. And I swear I will be less lazy and describe the next one - this is just all dialogue, so...]

However she stood by helpless and quietly listened to them speak. Though Tifa didn't fully understand everything they were talking about, she got a sense that was a connection between Shion and this man Kevin, that she was speaking too. They both had suffered losses and it seemed they were fighting to survive. She could relate to that. When Shion and Kevin kissed, instinctively Tifa looked away. Feeling thankful the everything around her was beginning to darken.

In the center of the room, there's some sort of capsule. It's clearly mechanical, but it's large enough to hold a human body. Shion isn't looking at it, though - she's staring at a computer screen and talking to someone else about the numbers displayed there.
Suddenly, a group of men in black body armor and carrying guns charge into the room.
“Everybody down on the floor!” they shout.
“This facility is now under the control of the U-TIC organization,” states the last one in, his tone official, almost mechanical as it's filtered through his helmet. “Any resistance whatsoever will be met with deadly force. So don't even think about trying anything. As long as you follow our orders, you will not be harmed. We appreciate your cooperation.”
The men spread out through the room, holding guns on the people in uniforms, who all put their hands on their heads and look frightened. None of them have any weapons; they appear to have been completely unprepared for this attack.
Their apparent leader extends his hand and a transparent computer screen appears above it. He manipulates a few things on the screen, and the seals on the capsule pop open, hissing steam as pressure is released. As the lid lifts, Shion, struggling in the grip of one of the men, looks back and cries, “KOS-MOS!”
Inside the capsule is a female figure, presumably KOS-MOS. She is also clearly mechanical; no attempt has been made to hide that fact. Her hair is pale blue and she has a visor over her rather pretty face, but her body, while flesh-toned, is made of armor plates, and she hisses as she moves to sit up. She starts to stand, then suddenly goes rigid, her body tensing and falling back, as though she's having seizure.
She moves to a crouch, on hands and knees like a predator ready to pounce. And then she does - hurling herself at the nearest person, one of the U-TIC soldiers. He falls with a scream.
From there, she continues onward, attacking all available targets with her bare hands. The U-TIC soldiers fire their machine guns at her, but it has no effect. No one can stop her rampage and many die with but a single hit from her metal hands. Even the attack from an airship has no effect and KOS-MOS shoots it down with ease.
The lights go out, but the slaughter doesn't stop. In the confusion, Shion escapes and runs outside. It's storming, just like the night in the first vision, and she's quickly soaked. She stops to grab a gun from the corpse of a U-TIC soldier and keeps running.
But KOS-MOS follows. Warned by the sound of her approach, she turns around and points the gun at her. Her finger is on the trigger, but her hands are shaking. She hesitates and the android leaps... only to meet Kevin instead of Shion. He's in one of the jumpsuits the men inside had been wearing - wherever this was, he worked there, too. And he's just shoved Shion out of the way, taking the attack meant for her.
Shion sprawls on the wet ground and raises the gun. Crying out Kevin's name, she aims and fires. The shot is true; the bullet hits KOS-MOS, cracking her visor and the face underneath. The android falls.
Shion doesn't pause to watch. She crawls to Kevin and takes him in her arms. “No, Kevin. Please, stay with me.” But it's too late. His chest drips blood and, even as she holds him, he dies, leaving her alone in a storm with only a corpse, just like before.
[And here's your video, to 2:33. I swear there is one for the last part of this, too, but I couldn't find it, so...]
