What: The Doctor and Rose re-unite and get reacquainted. Sort of.
When: After Rose's arrival!
Where: New refugees office.

It didn't take long for him to be on his way. Grab his coat, pocket his guide, lock the TARDIS and he was on his way! Not a second to lose or waste, after all.
Maneuvering through the halls seemed to be a bit more of a challenge. Really, he didn't mean to run into any of the others that happened to be in front of him - it was just that this was Rose. Rose who had been trapped in that parallel world for so long. Or, she had been. Maybe she still was. This Rose wasn't - in fact, she was here before she'd travelled anywhere with him. He felt odd whenever he thought about it, like he wasn't sure just exactly how he should feel. She was here, but at the same time, she didn't remember anything with him. Or specifically, after that regeneration.
He supposed he shouldn't wallow too much right now. After all, it was her and she was here. Here and not trapped in that parallel world forever and that put a smile on his face. He hastened his pace then, making sure he'd get to the New Arrival's office as quickly as he promised.
Now the only thing left was to find her.
