Chidori wasn't sure why she promise she would show her drawings to Hikaru. Perhaps it was just to shut him up for the moment. Or perhaps it was her subconscious need for company.
No. It couldn't have been that. She was too bitter for that and feelings were stupid.
She had decided to hide on the fifth floor, guessing Hikaru might check the seventh floor first. Clutching her sketchbook to her chest, she shoved herself into a corner, trying (but probably failing) to stay hidden.
