Vincent had just been finishing a few preparations for Chouno's birthday. The gift was elegantly wrapped, his attire was befitting any formal occasion worthy of royalty, and the diversion was in place. Just in case~ With that, Vincent made his way to their allotted meeting place, ignoring the stares and lustful gazes of the women he passed. How very nostalgic. It reminded him of the parties he would go to back home. Always the women would flaunt themselves over Gilbert and him. It was always so disgusting... Well, they were merely pawns. Disposable if need be. Much like several of the ones he had acquired since arriving.

With a rather charming smiling, masking his insatiable malice, Vincent finally arrived. It was a fairly quiet place, but there were still a number of residents meandering about. Perhaps if he fired a shot, they would disperse, leaving just Vincent. After all, he would much prefer if the man of the hour could find Vincent. If he was as frail as the videos indicated, ten it would be most troublesome if someone were to collide with him. Well, he would deal with everything accordingly when the time arose.
