Who: Arietta the Wild
ligerguardion and OPEN
What: The first of many rude awakenings. Arietta arrives on the S.S. Thor (and since she's not yet tech-savvy...)
When: Afternoon, April 8th
Where: In the Arrivals Area, directly after filling out all of the vogons' forms
Warnings: Liger breath. Ewww. And new mun getting her bearings. Beyond that, nada.
Arietta let out a loud cry - it somehow sounded part animal coming from the small pink-haired girl. Filling out a lot of forms was one thing (having watched Van and Legretta, Arietta could tell that paperwork was an important part of everyday life for some people - not her), but this? There was no way Auldrant could have been destroyed! Van was supposed to recreate it - a replica world. With a new Isle of Feres. Without Anise and her group of murderous friends. This couldn't be right. Van wouldn't let such a thing happen!
Just what had gone wrong? Could she trust these people, or were they lying to her because they believed that they could?
"Th-there's no way that could be... true. You're lying!" she protested, clutching her plush doll even tighter to herself than she had been a moment ago.
The large feline beside her leaned in closer, its striped head almost brushing the top of Arietta's headpiece as it growled a restrained threat.
Nevermind that Arietta really had next to no idea where she was. Or why. Or how she was even alive. It didn't make any sense to her. How could she possibly be in... outer space? Her friend insisted that he hadn't saved her, but they obviously weren't dead - which meant she'd have to find her way back to Van eventually... and tell him that she had lost. If she could find him.
It was a lot to take in at once.
She repeated, more firmly. "I. I don't believe you." The beast tamer began shuffling backwards. A door. She'd go somewhere and wait until Van came to fetch her. That would be the best way.
