As for that, he hasn't changed from the Crash I remember. Some things we might not have seen before, but he hasn't changed. As for that, saying anyone implied that you would do it. Even if you would obey the order, you didn't have to put it that way.

It's not him that changed, so much as everything around us has changed and we're trying to adapt. This damn digital world makes everything difficult. Things were so much easier before. It's not the same, unless you were to outright say you wouldn't do it. He knows better than that, deep down.

I don't know what to do, but I want to try to fix this mess before it gets any worse. If it isn't fixed, it's starting to look like I'm going to lose a friend no matter what happens.

It's about as complicated as anything gets when we're dealing with Crash. He's complicated. But it would have gone over better.

Because you basically told him that all those years of friendship, and the relationship you had meant nothing compared to a version of Wily that isn't even ours.

Try to fix things between us at least. I don't know what to do about Wily, as I've been trying to avoid his attention as it is. You don't have to apologize, but it might help.
