my life hasn't been so great.
i mean the design program has made my life hell since before i got into it.
i've been fighting depression for a solid 4 years now, with very few breaks.
i've had some triumphs but all i can think about are the set backs.
i moved to long beach only to learn that the job i moved here for is temporary.
but i guess the metaphorical man upstairs has a way of making everything better, at least for a while:
i got an email today from Y&R. Young and Rubicam Irvine wants to hire me for a 3-month trial as a Junior Art Director. If everything goes smoothly, they will have me on as full-time staff.
Getting a job before graduating is a feat for most, and getting a job at Y&R creative is a feat for alll, but doing both togehter... i'm invincible BIATCHES!
