Special note for those doing Winter Gala jobs:
The sculptor and carousel jobs are being done in the hangar where the crystal and carousel are located. Drop by HQ and chat up co-workers while filing your progress reports!
Invitations for delivery will be picked up here.
Mix and mingle with the PR team. This is also where the closed thread for the PR team meeting in the conference room will be set-up.
Secretaries and agents, you know the drill.

The day prior to the meeting, all those who were signed up as part of the PR team for the Winter Gala were sent a message from Kyoya asking them to be at the conference room at Preventer HQ at 12pm sharp. He himself arrived two hours prior, and has been revising his notes - including those he has worked on with Kaoru.
Now, as the clock approaches 12pm, Kyoya is sat with everything in place. All he needs now is for everyone to arrive - on time, if they don't want to find themselves on his bad side.

"Not at all. I've had plenty to occupy myself with while preparing for this meeting."
He looks like he almost wants to say something further but he stops himself. Now really isn't the time to risk delving into anything that could derail the meeting.

She knew that Kyoya liked things punctual, so she felt bad for whoever thought it'd be fine to wander into the meeting late. Hopefully they'd show up soon.
So she takes a seat, slinging her bag across the back of her chair.
"How many other people are involved?"

Well okay, that wasn't strictly true. He's spoken to Rikku and he's dreading what she's come up with in the past few days but he'd rather not mention that before he has to.
