[Why does she keep signing up for these things? Nothing good ever comes out of random surveys even if you do it to help someone. She looked at the ring on her finger now and then up at Kanji.]

... Marriage?

[Kanji doesn't even remember that he had signed up for this. He looks utterly bewildered by this whole thing]

H-hey now, I didn't do this.

[Not that he's even been accused but still]

[... Actually, she didn't. Why would she fill out a romance survey all? There's something strange going on here]

[She scowls, grabbing the bracelet, but lets go quickly, holding her hand to her chest]

Getting out of this doesn't appear to be an option.

[Kanji just stays quiet. He's really not sure what's going on, how they've ended up in this apartment or why they're suddenly MARRIED and he's also not sure how to feel about it. After all, it was still Naoto he was married to. But then she seemed pretty mad about it so perhaps it was better to keep quiet about that.

All of which is to say he's going to say nothing because anything he could say would probably make it worse.]

[She sighs, not commenting on how the ring is flashing hearts and proclaiming undying love. This is just... not how she would like to be married if that ever happened. No one else with them, but still, it was somehow noisy.]

... Well, I'm glad it's you at least. Though, what are they expecting us to do now?

[Well yeah, the tacky hearts and background music aspect isn't ideal. Kanji's just choosing to ignore them in the hopes they'll go away]

Uh...I dunno. I guess just...be married. Whatever that means.

[And then, a slight smile breaking out]

I'm glad it's you too.

Uh...not that I think we should be married yet...not that it's a problem that we are! But I mean if this place decided I had to be married, I'd rather it was you.

But... married couples consummate usually the evening of their wedding. A-Are they expecting that?

[She's not ready for that. Then again, Naoto's thinking of the typical example.]

[Anxiously, she wrings her hands slightly. She nods, understand what he means, but that's not helping her embarrassment.]

C-consummate?

[Now he's starting to panic. He has enough trouble accepting that yes, he can kiss her and it's allowed because they're dating; he's no-where near ready for anything close to consummation]

Wait, does that mean they're watching us? This someone's sick idea of a joke, stick us in a place like this and then they get to watch whatever happens?

[And now he's on his feet and hunting for cameras because fuck that shit, he's not letting anyone else tell them what they should be doing]

I don't know. If... this is an experiment, you're supposed to keep an eye on your test subjects... There were reports of similar experiments occurring back home simply to view couple interaction between different mixtures of sexes, but...

[She glanced around as well. Where would they hide the cameras?]

Real? The hell it is. Real is doing things properly. Not some jumped up asshole deciding we're suddenly married without anything leading up to it.

[Hey, Kanji's a traditionalist at heart and even if it's pretty much impossible for him to go the route of asking Grandfather Shirogane for Naoto's hand that doesn't mean it or any of the rest of it is unimportant]

I ain't sure what the hell they think they're testing here but I ain't just gonna stand for it.

[Which, yep, means the apartment's about to get gone-over, Kanji style]

[Okay, calmed down now... And still can't get this heart ring off. You'd think they would attempt trying to keep it traditional instead of 'Hey! You're Married'.]

Don't destroy the whole apartment...

[She's going to help search.]

[Kanji's too busy looking everywhere he can think of for hidden cameras. He's not breaking anything intentionally but there may be the odd casualty of his frustration.]

[They better not be charged for damages. They didn't ask to be put into this mess. She helps him, but her progress is slow since she's being thorough.]

[Which is probably just as well because Kanji's going the route of getting more and more frustrated each time he doesn't find a camera]

[Naoto isn't finding any either, but is keeping a cooler head as usual. Well, she sighs and sits down in the bedroom. Nothing in there at least so only the guides could broadcast on accident.]
