I'm pretty sure that's not how it's done.

Whatever. You do your alchemy thing and I'll make a real jack o'lantern over here.

*Shiki very angrily digs his knife out of his pocket. It's an old family relic but it looks like Shiki keeps the blade in decent shape. With that in hand, he starts carving out the pumpkin.*

Mine will be real too!

No it won't be.

*Still carving! Shiki isn't really good at much but he's pretty okay with a knife. After he's got all of the pumpkin guts out of the top he starts carving an elaborate design in the front.*

You're supposed to make these things on your own, not with magic or whatever.

It's not magic! Using alchemy takes just as much skill as anything else!

I guess you'll have to prove that then.
