Perhaps its the munchies.
My two favorite lunch sanwiches of all time:
1) sarah lea honey wheat, heb sharp cheddar, miracle whip, and heb deli boars head cajun turkey
2) mrs bairds wheat. Starkist tunafish in sunflower oil, tossed with kraft reg. Mayo and celery bits, heb deli swiss cheese, spicy dijon mustard.
I guess they dont sound too appealing but my god, the combinations satisfy my pallat in the most comforting, wholesome, childishly happy way. For some reason almost every time i come home those ingredients are always in stock, i think i honestly eat 1-2 sanwiches a day. Paired with lays chips and a diet coke...delightful.
Oh i forgot to mention... Its 9 freakin AM, I just finished my last paper and im high as balls....eating the said above tunafish sandwich.
I guess ill induce a coma with trazadone annd consequently wake up around 7pm tonight ...and then see whos down to get ripped. I need a drink. Bayud.
Feel pretty good about my essay. I wrote on Walt Whitman's evolving conceptualization of democracy in america, shedding light on the instances where his definitions of democracy lie dormant as found in his particular works "Leaves of Grass" 1855 and "Democratic Vistas" 1867
My goal was to argue that the texts were not in fact contradictory as many scholars assert. Instead, i take the position that Whitman did not come to an immedite, whole conception of democracy, but rather evolved his definition in gradual steps which alligned with the historical context in which he was writing.

Regardless of contradictory pre- and post- civil war positions, what makes Whitman a significant american philosopher/ poet is that he established a fundamentally illusive framework which allowed for the common man to find within his soul his own idividual democratic voice, VIA the voice of his poet.
