The Wonderful Cross
Hey all, well today is Saturday its one day before Easter and one more week of spring break, so how is everyone's spring break going, hopefully good. Well yesterday I went to the good Friday service and it was cool, we started singing At the Cross and When I survey the Wondrous Cross or The Wonderful Cross as we sing it at Refuge, and I almost started crying, just sitting there staring at the cross and picturing Jesus hanging there and I started to remember The Passion and after service I was talking to Amber and I was like why do we call it a wonderful cross because Jesus was brutaly murdered on that cross, and even before that cross. The the song, Wonderful Cross goes:

That is so true Jesus did come so we may life, Jesus came down to this earth so we could be with him forever in heaven, but it's sad to me that some people don't want this gift, some people just throw it away or bury it in the ground, and leave it. I just never get it, I sin so much and yet he still forgives me, but if I sin then he forgives me, wouldn't you just be able to go do whatever during the week then ask for forgiveness Sunday, i've never gotten that, that's what's always confused me, not that i'm like that during the week. I always try my hardest to live my life for Christ offstage and on stage, and it's getting better with every day I have.
Well last night after church me Jerred, Paul and Lance drove over to Parkway Bowl, and played some pool, and it was fun, I beat Lance in a playoff game but then lost to Paul in the finals, lol then I lost at 9 ball, I really suck at that game tho, but yea we left there about 10:30 and dropped Lance off then me then Paul, then im guessing Jerred went home and slept, he was tired that night. Well my plans for today, Vicki should be getting here in about half an hour, that's 30 minutes for you time illertite people, hehehe. and we're gonna go to the church and help out at a carnival, and run one of the booths, then we're gonna head back here do some things then go over to Katie's Easter party which is gonna be awesome, I can't wait, but for right now I have run out of things to chat about so im just gonna stop typing, so I shall talk to you all later and see most of you today, if not Sunday Night, Lates and God Bless to all!!
