[The loss of his sense of direction is actually kinda irritating, but Billy could still get around if he didn't think about where he was going. It took a long time to get anywhere, but he got there eventually. Of course, when he got somewhere, he had to work up the will to get somewhere else. So he's lounging in the caves, paging through the books

Yeah. There's a bunch of 'em down here, 'cept y'can't read a whole lot.

Maybe. Some of'em are kinda burnt or torn, too.

Maybe the library don't want'em. Some of 'em are really trashed.

Not really. They're all pretty diff'rent.
