And I have two questions for you! Do you want it on this account or on calidearie? And which userhead do you want (the list is here)?

Oh that's probably because you haven't opted in the Cyrillic thingy. You just need to check the box at the bottom here and then you should be able to see them. (Don't ask me why LJ hasn't made it available to everyone). Once you changed your userhead you can opt out of it again if you want and you'll still have the userhead :)
