aepi... sigma style
Well I am back from my weekend in California, and I have me sweet speedo tan line to prove it! It was fun getting my ass kicked by 6th in the nation D1 water polo teams. It was also fun getting my ass kicked by their second strand B team players. What can I say, we went not to win, but to gain a lot of experience playing against better players in a 30 meter pool before Northwest Championships next weekend.
Our goals for the weekend quickly shifted after our first 18-3 loss to BYU-Hawaii. While water polo was still our main focus, having a good time became a quick priority. Other teams at the tournament included Loyala, UCD, UCSC, Solano, and Air Force. Other than Solano, we were definately the weakest team by far.
So what else is there to do in Davis other than water polo? Sorority Life! A couple of my buddies and I partied at Sigma Alpha Epsilon Pi, the spotlight of MTV's first season of Sorority Life. It was a lot of fun... correction, it was absolutely horrible. We seriously had to leave 5 minutes after we arrived. But hey, at least I can say I was there, whatever that is worth.
In conclusion, brass monkey is definately a funky monkey.
