For those of you who found out certain information, I ask that you respect my privacy and keep it to yourselves. I don't think any of you would do differently, but some people honestly don't need to know my business.
So on Friday, I got called into Mobley's office about me skipping fourth period on Wednesday. I tell her that things have been really stressful lately, I had a big AP Chem test that day, and I had forgotten my instrument, so I left. Then I get home and my dad is like "Why did you miss two days?" and I told him I only missed one period. So after I got that clarified, he said "And she was all manic, saying you were so stressed out, you were struggling in your class, and seemed worn out." So I had to tell him that, yeah I was stressed. Hello, this is my senior year and a lot of shit has gone on this year on top of that. Then I had to clarify that I am not struggling in AP Chem. It is a hard class and the tests are stressful. And then I told him that quite frankly, I didn't feel like being in school that day so when the opportunity presented itself, I hesitated, then I left. So now, as consequences, I have a Thursday school and I cannot drive until I turn 18 and get my money from the insurance people (and I turn 18 in a month and 10 days). I tried to reason with my parents and said that keeping me from driving won't keep me from skipping again, since I didn't even take my car. But oh well. Sometimes parents listen, sometimes they don't.
Today, I woke up early (9!!!) and went to clean out my mom's car and get my hair cut. Then I helped my dad fix my sisters brakes. I hate working on cars. It is so, I don't know, but I don't like it. Plus, whenever I help him, I am just the bolt bitch and screw and unscrew all of the bolts because he has carpul tunnel. Then I went to work, where I found out someone had told Lisa that I was looking for another job and that she was looking for someone to replace me, and has in fact already hired someone. I think I will be putting in my two weeks notice soon. Like Monday if my parents let me.
