An unkempt co-op student
Hoo boy. Well, this term I've ended up talking to clients quite a bit over the phone. I managed to avoid it all last term, but there was no getting out of it this time. And now something that I was terrified of comes fairly naturally.
Now it's time to get over the next hurdle - next Tuesday I'm meeting with clients for the first time. Myself and Boss Jon will be meeting with the project manager and account manager from a marketing company we recently worked with for the project's postmortem and, afterward, drinks. My pulse quickened at meeting and stopped at drinks. Oh god.
It is now my mission to find a good set of beard trimmers before the end of the weekend. Finding out your site and frequent phone contact is a co-op student is bad enough - an unkempt co-op student would be a deathblow.
