The week in review
Not much going on. Went back to work to discover many people were sick over the holidays, so I was in good, yet ailing, company. Started my class on Monday, did the whole intro thing. Still haven't received my textbook but hopefully it'll show up on Monday. I think I can do my first assignment without it.
Ooh, one exciting thing - yesterday Dane from Page Mill Winery sent me the proof for the wine label I did an art piece for. Very strange to see my art in a "professional" setting. I'm excited yet feel like I botched the whole thing by being late turning in my piece to Dane. Well, it's going forward and I'm glad it all worked out. I never, ever want to be late turning something in again! Especially not for a friend. : (
I'd better get the heck off here and finish lesson 2 for my class. . .
