more work waffle
Today i went to the LGFL broadband migration meeting, I then had to go back to school and pass on the news to the head that at some point virgin media will be digging up our playground and it is quite likely to be during school hours and their employees will not be CRB checked (as you can imaginge she was thrilled). Also a lot of our passwords, data, web stuff will need to be manually transfered to the new system. The upside of this is that as we don't have all day ICT support (we have a flexi tech who is fab but is only in one morning a week) and there will be a hell of a lot to do I am being sent on a course to learn how to manage some of this. I am happy about this because it is something else I can add to my CV and I am really enjoying being admin for the MLE intranet site and this is more site admin type stuff.
