I should no longer have the phone slammed down in my ear at work!
Very excited about this. The woman I have tended to privately refer to as the casual from hell is leaving to work elsewhere. I've never really understood why the people supervising/ managing this woman kept her on as long as they did. She was only a casual contractor so they could have kicked her at any time. But now she is leaving for greener pastures voluntarily which makes me happy because I no longer have to put up with her asking me a question and then getting annoyed and slamming the phone down / going behind my back when she doesn't like the answer.
