Oh. MAN. Let me tell you. Okay, so you all totally do not remember my Sim Charlotte who had a son Alan. Well, Alan had a daughter called Blossom and Blossom got knocked up by some dude named Bennie and had a daughter named Ellie. Now, Blossom and Bennie were never married because they're both Romance Sims (well, Blossom is Pleasure/Romance, but she still didn't seem to want marriage). Anyway, Ellie is the CUTEST SIM EVER. And...the weirdest? Lemme explain.
First of all, Ellie was born BLONDE. This is weird because Blossom's grandparents were a redheaded woman and a black-haired guy, her dad had black hair, her mom had brown hair, Blossom herself has brown hair, and Bennie has black hair. As far as I know, Sims inherit their looks from previous Sims, so my Sims have ALWAYS gotten their ancestor's genes and stuff. She totally got Bennie's golden eyes with a green rim around them and her skintone is this golden tannish hue because Bennie is black and Blossom is really pale, so that makes sense...but her hair is BLONDE. There's no blonde hair anywhere in her ancestry. o.O It's super weird.

Second, Ellie's personality is adorable. She's super shy, super nice, super neat, super playful, and halfway between lazy and active. Her hobby is tinkering, so she's always playing with this little toy car, and she looooooved her grandpa Alan and bawled her heart out when he passed away (he did leave her 10,000 Simoleons).
But anyway, back to the thing. So, Blossom and Bennie never married and now Ellie's a child. Blossom decided to give marriage with Bennie a try, even though she knows he's a player and probably has, like, 10 girlfriends behind her back (Blossom's no saint either, as she has, like, 5 different boyfriends right now). She proposed to him but then I had her break up with him because I didn't want to manage too many Sims and...ELLIE CRIED. When I looked at her queue to see why, it said "Parents Broke Up" and it was so sad! I hadn't seen a Sim kid cry when the parents get divorced in FOREVER. But even more wowish, BLOSSOM CONSOLED HER. No, seriously! Her action said "Console" and she was kneeling by Ellie's side patting her head and hugging her and rubbing her back and it was SO CUTE. SOOOO CUTE.
And then later Bennie cheated on Blossom with this lady named Phoebe and they had a huge fight and get this: ELLIE ACTUALLY RAN OFF TO HER ROOM TO BAWL HER EYES OUT. This is significant because she ran off to her ROOM. HER ROOM. From the kitchen on the GROUND FLOOR. Sims don't usually register where their room is, so I was super shocked that she ran to her own room instead of, like, the next room over or Blossom's room. She ran off to her own room to cry. I LOVE HER. T_T.
Bennie is a player and is checking Phoebe out.
Blossom isn't cool with that, though. She is MAD.
Ellie has trouble handling her parents' break-up and Blossom tries to console her.
