No, REALLY! Like, 15 minutes into the film it was already my favorite HP movie. But I kept thinking, "No, man, I will not be fooled!" and kept deciding to hold off the decision until the end. And...it has ended. And it is still my new favorite. I laughed a LOT and I liked almost every single moment. I have no complaints. Maybe that's because GoF was actually my least read HP book (I only read it once), so I don't remember all the details clearly. But...I seriously had no complaints. Like, there was no moment where I was like "Whoa. I wish they hadn't done that" or "THAT SUCKED" or anything. In fact, the movie was so neat I almost became really pro Harry x Hermione at times. Which is a big deal for me because I'm a staunch Ron x Hermione supporter and always had trouble finding the appeal in Harry x Hermione. But there was that scene right before he battles the Hungarian Horntail where I almost went "I wish they'd kiss~". >.< I'M A TRAITOR!
And...Durmstrang's entrance was COOL! And I loved the Beauxbatons hats. ^_^; I want one. And Neville was cute and I am still pro Ginny x Neville no matter what book 6 says. Man, Neville has gotten friggin' TALL! And the movie was pretty scary at parts, man. Right before THE THING that happens near the end where something UNCOOL happens to my boy (you KNOW what I mean), my heart was seriously pounding. And when...the deed...was done, I couldn't stop shaking for a bit. It was WEIRD. I was like "WAAAH! *PERSON'S NAME*~!!!" And then I kept randomly going "...*Person's name*...." in the car on the way home.
...Really, though, is there anyone left who even doesn't know what I'm referring to? I think most everyone knows about that by now. My mom was just dismayed. That it had to happen to such a good-looking one.
Speaking of good-lookings, Fred and George just keep getting better and better! *_* And funnier and funnier. *HIGH FIVE!* And I actually liked Krum, though he was scary looking at parts. And I also liked Fleur, which is shocking cause I didn't like her in the book. But here...I felt bad for her a lot of the time, even. It's sad that Fleur and Krum didn't get very many lines at all.
As Strong Bad would have said, the movie was G-E-W-D GEWD! Go see it! You have my SEAL OF APPROVAL.
...*Person's name*...;_;
Oh, and Snape was cool, as usual. And...Hannah Abbott, I am so disappointed in you! I expect better from my Hufflepuffs than bullying! Tsk tsk!
