[ FILTERED FROM THE TWEWY & YQ CAST, CROWLEY, RED, AND ALICE?. ]

[ The voice on the other end seems a bit more tired than usual. But those with sharp hearing will recognize the foxlike quality to it. A certain catboy managed to limp home to lick his wounds, it seems. Enjin pauses, and there's a clink noise: cocoa. ]... I'm disappointed, you guys. ( Read more... )

[The scientist tsks quietly]

Getting yourself into fights, Enjin? Not that I disapprove, but surely you could have defended yourself better.

Trolling bro! Bff yes. /o/ Also filtered yes. stoleurniisan October 8 2010, 20:00:20 UTC
Oh, not before I got to have a little fun. It was worth it, hahah. Besides, I've been trying to get one of those kids to do this for AGES, but they didn't have the balls. They just can't cut up their friend, you know?

[ Oh he fucked Neku's head up REAL good, it should be interesting. ]

Anyway, I did tell the kid violence solves nothing, but he wanted to be a hero. Kinda stupid if you ask me.

Filtered to catboy trolling bff. :) vampirize October 8 2010, 22:31:12 UTC
Well, it's not everyday when they get the chance to express themselves in other ways than simple words. And it's quite interesting...people can deny all they like, but they've all got their own inner monsters.

[A chuckle.]

Some people think being the hero is the right thing to do, when in reality it just drags them down. How silly.

Oh, it makes for some interesting results, that's for sure. I'll tell you though, this body's temporary, so I don't really mind if it gets banged up. In the end, they're killing their friend, slowly~

It's interesting, though. This Neku boy has all these pins that have all kinds of functions. I got a good look at his head, and this kid is one useful timebomb--those pins he has can do quite a bit. Set fire with pyrokenetics, use telekenesis, create things to fight for him, heal him... cut things. They're rather versatile~

[ So if you're interested in experimenting, that's where he'd lead you, Tesla. ]

Temporary? What, are you possessing it or something?

[That draw his attention.] Pins? That sounds like quite an interesting bit of technology, if you ask me. Being a scientist, I would like to get a closer look at them, thought I don't think the boy wwould appreciate it much if I took them away.

Something like that; it's kind of hard to hop a ride across dimensions, so sometimes you have to hop something else, y'know?

[ A flippant comment, and he shrugs, dropping it there. ] Oh, I wouldn't know about that. He's a pretty receptive boy and I'm pretty sure if you just approached him nicely he'd explain it.

Although it's hard to say what makes them work~ They did feel strange, though. There's some kind of odd powers in those little pins of his, and I'm curious what it is.

Poor guy. He must not appreciate it very much if you're taking ahold of his body, though one has to wonder if there's anything of him left if you're taking over...

[A small frustrated sigh.] It seems everything that people own around here is "magical" in some way. Like Fido's sword, for example. It is a matter worth investigating. I'll probably talk to this boy to see what makes his pins work like that.

By the way, Enjin, I have a question. Do you know of a man named Ban?

Oh, it doesn't matter much if he appreciates it or not, does it? I prefer to think of it as taking advantage of an opportunity.

[ He laughs a bit. ] Something like that. Some of us don't need any fancy things to do what we need to do, though. Just ourselves.

[ A pause. Mhm, yep. ] ... Intensely boring guy, glasses, real rude, plays the violin? Yeah, we've met. He doesn't seem to condone having fun much, apparently. He's friends with the mutt, if I remember right.

That's a rather interesting definition for "taking advantage of an opportunity"...

That's quite right. Who needs gadgets and gizmos when you've got your own unique talents to show for themselves?

Well, he clearly doesn't like me after what I did with Fido a while ago. I was wondering whether I can, I don't know, find his weakness. I can't simply have naysayers when I'm trying to attain what I want.

[Though, really, he was sort of asking for it when he made that post on the SFC. Oh well, he wanted to gloat and he got the chance to do it.]

Hahaha. Well, I'm kind of an impatient guy, you know? I hate waiting to get what I want.

[ Ahh, see, this guy was smart. ] I prefer to think knowledge is more valuable than trinkets. My family values nothing but their blood, after all~

[ ... Enjin laughs. ] Oh, I get you. Yeah, he's definitely a killjoy, that guy. Mm... you know, I get this feeling there's something else if he stood up to the mutt when he was nuts, too. Word travels fast, y'know? I'm wondering if there's more to him than his really irritating manners.

... Well, if he has any kind of anything, it probably won't be hard to find~

[ And there's a crackle of energy around those 'ears'. ]

Hmm. Even though patience is a virtue, I guess in some ways impatience is a virtue too. Helps get you do things much faster than if you just sat around and waited.

[Of course he is. He's Nikola Tesla.] Silly people, thinking that just because they have something powerful, they are powerful. Well, sorry to say, it doesn't work that way unless you've got the knowledge to back it up.

He stood up to Fido after he went beserk? How interesting...Ban must be stronger than I thought. I shouldn't be too surprised, seeing as everyone has their secrets here, but he's clearly an expert at keeping his...other side hidden.

[He notes the crackling around the ears. So, those must help him get information from others. A sort of amplifier for a kind of telepathy, he supposed.]

Well, whatever you do find, I would love to hear about it, Enjin.

Do you know something? These aren't ears... they're antennae. They're able to 'receive,' and they're able to 'transmit'. That's how it works. Because in the end, isn't the human mind a complex network of electricity?

All one has to do is just... put a plug into the outlet.

[ He smirks. ] And hey, why not? I might be able to find some interesting things. There's not much you can keep hidden from a Satori, after all~

Antennae? Sort of like gathering signals, right? [He chuckles, as if remembering an inside joke.] It truly is. You are rather lucky, having the ability to access it.

Then keep me posted. It will be rather illuminating, seeing what you can dig up using your power...

stoleurniisan October 11 2010, 15:43:25 UTC
Precisely. I mean, they look like ears, but... they're not. People always make that mistake.

[ And he thoughtfully, he removes the player pin he ganked from Neku and flips it like a coin, catching it. ]

You know, awhile back I got this. It's one of the pins Phones has. I'm pretty sure it's really important~ If I get jumped again, he might get it back. I know you're interested in them. I really have no use for magic toys.

[ DO YOU WANT THE PLAYER PIN TESLA? :D ]

[He stares at it, clearly interested.]

Ah, is that the thing you stole from the kid? Doesn't look like much...but I'm sure it has its secrets.

[YES. YES HE DOES. :D]

Would you mind if I keep it? I would love to do some research on it,see what makes it tick...

Nope, not really. Where are you? I can be there in about... two seconds.
