Character: Vash the Stampede ( loveand_peace )

Series: Trigun

Can he read your character's mind? Yeah, sure, go ahead
If yes, how far would you be willing to let him?: Probably just what he's thinking. Vash has got the other stuff locked very, very deep.
Can he and your character fight?: Sure. Just expect flailing and idiocy.
How proficient in combat is your character?: He is very proficient, and is an expert gunsman. Not only does he have his primary gun, but he has a robotic arm that contains a gun as well. And he's as quick as the devil, so don't expect all of your fight moves to hit him.
Can he use Mind Interference on/around your character?: Sure.
Other: Vash, although he looks very dumb, notices details very well. So, even if you let something small up in your illusion, he'll call it out quickly.

Character: Anthony J. Crowley ( scaresplants )

Series: Good Omens

Can he read your character's mind? Sure, go on ahead.
If yes, how far would you be willing to let him?: As far as you want. It isn't as if he's got anything really serious to hide, except for the fact that he is a demon, but you knew that already.
Can he and your character fight?: Yes.
How proficient in combat is your character?: Probably proficient enough to get the drop on someone. He's not good at using combat arms, but he can use miracles and his defiance of physics to fight, and those things could pack a hard punch.
Can he use Mind Interference on/around your character?: Sure. But he'll still know who you are.
Other: Crowley can read other people's desires pretty well, so he could probably know what you want to do before you do it.

Character: Zexion ( discardedtheory )

Series: Kingdom Hearts

Can he read your character's mind? Yes.
If yes, how far would you be willing to let him?: Just what he's thinking.
Can he and your character fight?: Yes.
How proficient in combat is your character?: Zexion's not especially an expert at physical fighting, though he could knock you out with his lexicon, but he mostly relies on illusions and psychology to hurt others.
Can he use Mind Interference on/around your character?: Yes, but Zexion will simply yawn and say that you're stealing his moves.
Other: Zexion can teleport from place to place, too. And those illusions he makes can be very real- even in the game, he can deal physical damage with them. Be warned.
