I ran across a mention of an article that apparently shows that people who eat something that they are told is "sensible" don't get less hungry (as measured by ghrelin levels), but people who eat something that they are told is "indulgent" do get less hungry, and this is regardless of the actual caloric value of the food in question. It seems fascinating, but since I don't have access to the article, I've got a lot of questions...
