I was finally able to come down from the ceiling today. I never thought bobbing around would be so tiring. Thankyou Colin, Ginny and Neville who put up with dragging me around on a rope for the last month or so

I want to get these things back to their owners. And I think I would have been lonely if I'd drifted away. Ducks might have fed me though. With apples.

I'm not sure if ducks could have kept up with a girl's nutritional needs. They're a bit different.

Are you sure? I think I read somewhere in a letter Father sent me that ducks fed a baby and kept it alive for six months. It was in a muggle newspaper.

Well, I'm not sure that ducks know what to feed babies! But I don't read Muggle newspapers so I really can't say how they would or wouldn't do it.

Ducks are smart. I'm sure they would know what a baby could and couldn't eat.

My tree is at home. It grows outside my bedroom window. At night, I climb out of the window and sit in the branches. I feel close to the sky.

are you sure it was ducks and not dogs? i think i have heard of babies being raised by dogs....
