Now. This was the life. Kitchel was lying on her back on a soft crushed red velvet fainting couch as the deck of the boat rocked slowly beneath her. The sun was warm--make that hot--on her face and closed eyes and a faint breeze washed tantalizingly over her skin. The air smelled strongly of sea salt and an exotic array of spices. The honeyed notes of vanilla rose up and she drew her fingers, heavy with rings, languidly across her bare collar and neck.
"More champagne?"
Kitchel blinked her eyes open. The world was tinted deep amber and she lifted up her sunglasses and propped herself up on her elbows, the thin strip of material stretched across her chest slipping a little and revealing still more of her cleavage.
She held out her flute, the breeze stopping for a moment as Ryoji put down his fan in order to pour the drink into her glass. The champagne shimmered and splashed behind the glass in the sun, mimicking the soft foam of the calm waves alongside the boat. A couple diamonds as big as her knuckles rolled along at the bottom of the flute, catching the light brilliantly when she held it up above her face.
Really, there was just one thing missing.
"Strawberry?"
Kitchel was about to give an agreement when she felt a strong hand on her shoulder, pushing her firmly down on her back. She gave a startled gasp that turned into a soft moan as another hand was suddenly gripping her opposing arm and sending shivers down her spine.
"R-Ryoji?"
She caught a glimpse of bare muscled chest before dark hair cut into her line of vision and her eyes fluttered closed. Soft warm lips pressed coercively against hers and a hot flash of tongue pressed a sliver of still-chilled strawberry into her open mouth. His grasp on her arm loosened and she slid it up over his naked shoulders and dug in her nails...
