You may not like New Year, but this was just lovely.
I loved how Dean calls John Monkey, I just find it too darn cute.
People might criticize me a little (and by people I mean my lovely brother) but I love that song, and I love how you used it in the story. It's the second time that happened in the John verse, because Moonriver is also a song I love =D

Aww, well thank you so much! I think I found this particular piece therapeutic given my aversion to New Years. I'm very glad you liked it and I must confess, 'monkey' is one of the nicknames I have a particular fondness for in my John'Verse. I'm glad you like it too!

Don't worry about your brother! You go ahead and love that song, it is nice and I find it hopeful. I thought it would be appropriate for this story.
