Woo Hoo! Finally Looks Like a True Iconer's Journal.
I finally figured out how to put a header on my journal.
The first layout for stolen_bliss is titled "When Everything You Get." It was inspired from the Taking Back Sunday song "Cute Without the E (Cut from the Team)".
I AM aware that the lyric isn't completely correct. If I were going by true TBS lyrics, it would say "When Everything You'll Get Is Everything That You've Wanted". I, however, didn't want those words in the banner. I said INSPIRED, not taken-exactly-from-the-lyrics.
As for the graphic, it is made entirely by me, Veronica. Well, all of it except for the pictures. And the brushes. LOL. The pictures are taken by my father. The pictures are of four starters on our Varsity Basketball team, (from R to L) Zach, Jared, Dan, Kyle. They're kinda special people in my heart because well...basketball (high school basketball...the other stuff isn't NEARLY as good) holds a special place in my heart.
By the way, that picture of Dan (third from the right, remember) is not a manip. If you look at Dan's left hand, you'll notice that it overlaps the guys leg. Not a manip. Dan just does that really well; gets so close to the guys that he guards that they often get uncomfortable and fall away out of fear. :D The line that you see that seems to go down the middle of Dan and the guy he's guarding is actually a line on the mats on each end of our gym. They alternate in colors, which is why you see that line. :D
The brushes are made by various people, all of which will be credited in my userinfo by the end of the week. Hopefully. I'm making a graphic that will display all brush info.
Yes, I am aware that this still looks like shit. I know it does. I'm just too damn tired to deal with it as of this moment. I will get it in the morning.
