I hope your okay, Lauren. I think I kinda understand what your talking about because I sometimes have really good and happy days and then other days are just lonely and horrible and I think the worst of EVERYTHING. But no matter how bad things seem, they always get better. :). <3

i know what you mean.

since you realize the cylce exists... just focus on the fact that you know the carefree times are coming back and its just a matter of getting through the time you're down in the dumps.
