WHY DID THEY DO THAT
For those who did not know, there is a Tales of the Abyss anime out! It is nicely animated and, from what I've heard, is doing a pretty good job of sticking to the story. While I haven't exactly been keeping up with it, I did hear a piece of news that made me go "fjdkslf".
The Abyss anime team decided to animate Asch's gaiden. It is MARGINALLY less horrible than the actual gaiden but still.
