Fucking deer
Today on my way to work in the morning, I ran into a fucking deer with my nice car. Luckily, it was a faun who was real small, but the damn thing still fucked up shit. Damn thing came barrelling across the road, and I probably hit it going around 50 mph. It scratched some paint off, busted off one of the fake plastic grill things on the bumper, and broke off some plastic under the car by the passenger side wheel.
So yeah, I had to call the insurance company and stuff to get that all figured out. Even still, I was only a couple minutes late to work because I leave so damn early lol.
So I have a $100 deductible to pay, which isn't bad. My rates better not go up though because that would piss me off.
The only way that this could actually turn out to my advantage is if the body shop ends up fixing some of the shit that wasn't done right when I bought my car in the first place (I bought it as a salvage vehicle). I'm thinking I might get lucky and they'll fix a few extra things up for me. Here's hoping....
