blood and sweat
I've been working at the emergency station of the hospital in sursee for a good week now.
I've got mixed feelings about it. on one hand I stand around alot, clean fridges and beds, go looking for patient files that are scattered in the whole hospital on different floors in several rooms (my boss shot me a really angry look when I innocently asked why those files cant be digitized.)
the nurses are a close team, they treat me friendly or just ignore me.
the doctors are mostly pretty weird, arrogant, minding their own business.
on the other hand I get to see A LOT of interesting things, if there's nothing else to do they let me watch doctors taking care of wounds, relocating shoulders, excising benign tumours.
also the guy who does the cts and x-rays likes me, he tries to explain me everything. then there's another medecine student who's in the fith year or something, he's called sebastian and takes good care of me.
