The Lion, the Witch and the Wardrobe comes out on DVD today. ARGH FROTH WANT.
It's another one of those 'End of an Era' moments - I'm selling my film camera. My much-beloved Pentax SF-1 is going up on eBay. I really love it, it's an excellent camera, but I haven't done any serious photography in years and years. It really makes me sad, but... we need the money, and I just have to face the reality that I'm not likely to ever treat photography like I used to. If things change, and I do... I'll be able to buy another one. In the meantime, somebody else should use it. bfly is putting her well-loved Canon up on eBay too. I'll also be selling my Minox.
I heard a truly amazing remix today, on the local PBS radio. The Blondie tune, "Rapture", dubbed over with the vocals, absolutely flawlessly, from ... The Doors' tune, "Riders on the Storm". It fit. Perfectly. My brain still hurties from that.
